Cancellations can affect your ability to receive future bookings. Drivers who cancel confirmed rides without valid reasons may be subject to penalties, including removal from the Instant Book program or suspension from the platform.
Dream Rides enforces a three-strike policy for driver-initiated cancellations.
Please note: In accordance with the Dream Rides Cancellation Policy, a 50% cancellation fee applies once a booking has been paid and confirmed.
If you choose to cancel your booking, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded to you.
If your driver cancels, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please provide details, including the reason for the cancellation, so we can assist you promptly. We will always do our best to secure an alternative ride for you. However, if that’s not possible or preferred, we’ll prioritise your refund and ensure you receive a full reimbursement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help every step of the way.
