Booking enquiries sent to drivers are usually answered within a day. However, during busy periods, such as wedding and formal seasons, response time may be longer.

Paying for your booking is easy follow the links in the email or SMS approval, or by logging into your account, selecting my bookings, action and make payment. Payment can also be made using PayPal payin4 if you’d prefer to pay for your booking in 4 instalments.

Yes, at Dream Rides we are committed to bringing quality cars with quality drivers to the greater public to make their special event even better. To be able to complete this pledge and abide by State Legislation, drivers will need to be properly licenced.

Yes, creating an account enables you to submit an enquiry to the driver to check their availability and provides you with the opportunity to give specific details about your requirements.

No, submitting a booking enquiry does not mean you have to book straight away. Submitting an enquiry allows you to connect with the driver and see if they are available to take your booking. We understand that sometimes people are still in the early planning stages and are not ready to book straight away. You can inform the driver of this intention in your booking enquiry. You also have the ability to cancel the enquiry at any time before payment is made.

You will receive notification if your booking enquiry has been approved. Prompt payment will need to be made to secure your ride, this can be done via the links in the email confirmation or SMS confirmation, or by logging into your account, selecting my bookings, action and make payment. Payment can also be made using PayPal payin4 if you prefer to pay for your booking in instalments.

Once you have finalised payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email, at the base of the invoice will be all the driver’s contact details so you can connect and make any final preparations for your big day.

The cars on the Dream Rides website are usually in high demand. If you receive a cancellation notification, it means that the driver is unable to complete your ride and may have another booking already in place for your specified date.

If this is the case, you can still submit another request for another dream ride.

The cars on the Dream Rides website are always in high demand.  If you have been approved for a drive the only way to secure the ride is to make prompt payment.  If you receive a cancelled notification before payment, it could mean that another customer has been interested in the same vehicle and has secured the ride before you.

Drivers may need to adjust the price of a booking due to factors out of their control. This could include additional costs to cover travel time to or from the venue, or adding travel time for multiple stops or covering a large distance during the ride.

To cancel a paid booking the user will need to contact Dream Rides directly. A cancelled booking will incur the following cancellation fees, with the balance to be refunded to the user via their nominated account:

A 50% booking cancellation fee is incurred if a paid booking is cancelled at any time.
