Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking the user will need to contact Dream Rides directly. A cancelled booking will incur the following cancellation fees, with the balance to be refunded to the user via their nominated account:

• A 50% booking cancellation fee if the passenger cancels a booking at any stage
