What happens after I send a booking enquiry?
Once you’ve found your Dream Ride and submitted a booking enquiry, your driver will review it and decide whether they can take the booking. You can easily keep track of the progress anytime by logging into your account and heading to My Bookings.
To keep things simple, you’ll also receive SMS updates with the latest status. The driver may approve your enquiry, reject if unavailable, or reach out through the messaging system if more details are needed.
If your booking is approved, be sure to keep an eye on your email and SMS notifications. Your ride isn’t secured until payment is made—this is the only way to officially lock in your Dream Ride. Because our cars are in high demand for weddings, school formals, birthdays, and more, we recommend paying promptly to avoid missing out.
Remember, some cars are willing to travel significant distances to reach your event, and in these cases, an additional travel fee may apply.
For extra flexibility, you can also use PayPal’s Pay in 4 option to split your booking into four easy, interest-free payments—making it even easier to secure your unforgettable arrival.
