What happens after I send a booking request?
After you have found your dream ride and sent a booking request to see if the car is available, your request will be received by the driver for review. Log into your account and go to My Bookings to view your booking. The driver will respond to your booking request here shortly, they can either accept your booking or may respond via the messaging system if they require more information or cannot complete your booking. If the driver has approved your booking request, you will receive email notification to confirm this.
