Did you know that your customers can share their positive experiences online? At Dream Rides, we’re committed to boosting your bookings, and one way we do this is by leveraging the praise and validation of your satisfied passengers.

Here’s how it works:

After each completed booking, your customer will receive an email and SMS inviting them to leave a review. They can easily:

  • Log into their account and visit your car listing to leave a review, or
  • Click the SMS link that takes them straight to the review page.

Only customers who have completed a confirmed booking can leave a review — not those who simply enquire or cancel.

What We Ask Customers

We keep it simple: customers are asked, “How was your Dream Rides driver experience?”
They can also rate their overall experience and are encouraged to upload photos (or even videos!) of their special day — and of course, show off the star of the event: your dream ride.
